If you connect external services, we collect the minimum information needed to provide that integration, such as connection status, account email, access tokens, refresh tokens, selected files, and sync configuration.

We use your information to provide Vellumica, authenticate users, maintain workspaces, enforce permissions and plan limits, process payments, send product or security messages, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

We may use operational logs and diagnostics to protect the service, investigate abuse, monitor performance, and resolve support requests.

When you use Google sign-in, Vellumica requests basic profile information such as your email address and profile details so you can create or access your account.

If you choose to connect Google integrations, Vellumica may request access to Google Sheets or Drive data that is necessary to list, select, read, or write the spreadsheets you configure for sync.

Vellumica does not sell Google user data. Vellumica uses Google user data only to provide user-facing features that you request.

Vellumica use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate Vellumica, such as hosting, database, storage, email, error monitoring, analytics, payment processing, and integration providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect Vellumica, our users, or the public.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your account or workspace data by contacting us. Some backups, logs, billing records, or legal records may be retained for a limited period where required for security, recovery, or compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including access controls, encrypted transport, private production secrets, monitoring, and database backup procedures.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to issues.

Vellumica may process and store information in countries where our infrastructure and service providers operate. By using Vellumica, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Vellumica evolves. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, by email, or by updating this page.
